My name is Frank Madaio, I am a Food Safety Manager’s instructor and consultant. I have been teaching and proctoring Food Safety Manager's exams since 2015. I have a background in education and have an extensive background in Food Safety and at a time owned and managed a food establishment myself.

I am also the owner of Westchester Food Safety and I am excited to be personally bringing my expertise and knowledge to you in Albany and all those in the Capitol District and surrounding areas. Come to one of my open group sessions. You won't be sorry!
