About Albany Food Safety

Albany Food Safety has been instructing the Food Manager's Safety Proctoring via Servsafe since 2015. We are have recently branched out to the Albany area and are holding courses once a month at the Courtyard Albany Troy/Waterfront Marriott located at 515 River St, Troy, NY 12180

Albany Food Safety is a sister company to Westchester Food Safety LLC. We are a registered course and exam proctor service for Servsafe. We have taught hundreds of classes and countless food establishment workers throughout New York and beyond.

The Instructor Frank Madaio's expertise in the restaurant industry is one of a personal matter, having worked as a restaurant owners and opertor he understands what many of us go through. Frank prides himself on education and has been teaching as an English teacher on the college level for many years. Frank has written and published several books on food safety and restauant managment. Frank is passionate about food safety and is excited to be in the Albany area, instructing what he loves.  Food Safety is everyone’s business. Make it yours.
